The Last Party

The last party is a collection of photographs from the greater archive, Council Tax. These images capture lives in upheaval and everyday spaces that will soon cease to exist once the residents finally move out. As the viewer, you are invited to witness the last party—an event made up of real snapshots of strangers’ private lives. Wander through an impossible building that adjoins rooms from distant times and locations.

Council Tax (2014-2025) is an archive of images sourced from estate agencies across the global internet, from the UK to India to Bulgaria.
